Wenn Sie einen Artikel zurücksenden möchten, füllen Sie einfach unser Rücksendeformular aus aus, in dem Sie Ihre Bestellnummer, den/die Artikel und die Anzahl der zurückzusendenden Artikel, den Grund für die Rücksendung und ob Sie einen Ersatzartikel, eine Alternative oder eine Rückerstattung wünschen, angeben.

After we have emailed confirmation of your return it will be your responsibility to return the goods to us safely and in good condition. You can use the returns label provided in the package (available from orders placed 12/01/2024 and thereafter) and there will be a £3.50 admin fee payable, plus any difference in cost if exchanging,
