Si vous souhaitez retourner un article, il vous suffit de remplir le formulaire de retour en indiquant votre numéro de commande, le ou les articles et le nombre d'articles à retourner, la raison du retour et si vous cherchez un remplacement, une alternative ou un remboursement.

After we have emailed confirmation of your return it will be your responsibility to return the goods to us safely and in good condition. You can use the returns label provided in the package (available from orders placed 12/01/2024 and thereafter) and there will be a £3.50 admin fee payable, plus any difference in cost if exchanging,
