Power Nation are the sole owners of all designs completed for customers, these designs can not be copied or replicated in any way unless agreed with a PN member of staff or a fee is paid. For design only orders PN will not release any designs files until the correct fee has been paid, customers who may decide to have their design printed elsewhere even after an order has been completed by PN will have to pay an additional fee for the files to be released.
Any customer who is found to have replicated designs/products initially created by PN will be contacted and charged the appropriate fee.
Please note that we offer a free design service with up to 5 design amendments free of charge. Any additional amendments will now be charged at £15+VAT so please bare this in mind when liaising with our design team. Single emails may have unlimited amendments, so we advise thoroughly thinking through the changes that you’d like to see and addressing these all in one email. This is much simpler for our design team and will mean that designs are finalised much quicker for our customers, resulting in a shorter lead time.
Power Nation will not begin production of any item(s) until the corresponding invoice is paid in full. All invoices are to be checked by the customer to ensure that it is correct, both costs and quantities.
Screen viewing settings are different across all devices, this means that all designs may vary from the visual customers confirm to the finished products. As all team orders are of a custom nature if you have any concerns in regards to your order in general, especially sizing and print colours please ensure that you contact PN for clarification before the order is processed.
All turn around times are approximate and can vary depending on job capacity, PN will communicate with customers as best possible regarding completion dates. PN reserve the right to alter lead times throughout the year.
Shipping & Returns
Team orders are shipped via UK Mail on a next day delivery service. Shipping is charged at £5.99 + VAT for team orders, shipments to Northern Ireland and European Countries will incur additional shipping costs. Shortages and discrepancies must be notified within 5 workings days of receipt of the order, any discrepancies issues raised after this time will invalidate the possibility of a return/refund. Returns are only acceptable on strict conditions. For team orders these conditions can be discussed with a PN member of staff by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 01788 570 839 (Option 1). If any returns are then required items must be sent back to us within 10 days of PN staff agreeing a return, if this time is exceeded you may not not be liable for a refund or replacement(s). Items must be returned in the same condition as when shipped.
For online orders returns can be proceed via the returns page
ensuring that a copy is printed and attached with the returned goods, or using the returns document supplied with your order. Any returns for an exchange or refund must be communicated with a member of PN within 30 days of the purchase date, this includes any faults that a product may have. Anything after this date with result in no further action taken.
If a return is made all items will be quality checked and proving no other issues arise a member of PN staff will get in contact regarding the next steps.
