Power Nation Cheer Limited – Terms and Conditions

Design Material Ownership:

Power Nation Cheer Limited (referred to as “PN”) asserts exclusive ownership rights over all designs crafted for customers. Unauthorized replication or copying of these designs is strictly prohibited unless explicitly sanctioned by a PN staff member or upon payment of an appropriate fee. In cases of design-only orders, PN reserves the right to withhold design files until the requisite fee is settled. Furthermore, should customers choose to have their designs printed elsewhere subsequent to completion by PN, an additional fee is applicable for the release of design files.

Any instances of customers duplicating designs or products originating from PN will prompt communication and the imposition of relevant charges to ensure intellectual property protection.

PN extends a complimentary design service inclusive of up to 5 design revisions. Any subsequent amendments beyond this limit will incur a charge of £15+VAT. To streamline the design finalization process and minimize lead times, customers are advised to consolidate multiple design changes into a single email correspondence.

Uniform Sizing Kits:

Customers must adhere to the stipulated time frame for the return of Uniform Sizing Kits. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in a charge of £250.00 per sizing kit set for loss or damage. Recurrence of such issues may necessitate further action unless amicably resolved.

Pricing and Quotes:

Prices and quotes provided via email are preliminary and subject to potential adjustments due to fluctuations in supplier/material costs, production expenses, and company pricing updates. PN is committed to reflecting accurate and current pricing for its offerings. Official quotes provided through PN’s sales software are valid for 30 days, during which prices are fixed.

Team Orders:

Production of items commences upon receipt of full payment for the corresponding invoice. Customers bear the responsibility of verifying the accuracy of cost and quantity details on invoices, acknowledging the possibility of human error during the quoting/invoicing process. Once payment for an invoice is processed, the products and quantities specified therein will be produced.

Variations, Lead Times & Communication:

Discrepancies between confirmed design visuals and the final product may arise due to differences in screen viewing settings across devices. Customers, especially concerning sizing, print sizing, and print colors, are encouraged to seek clarification from PN prior to order processing.

Estimated turnaround times are approximate and subject to variation based on job capacity. This is due to variables including supplier delays, shipping/transit delays and other variables out of PN’s control. PN maintains transparent communication with customers regarding completion dates and reserves the right to modify lead times as necessary. Note this can occur after an order is moved into production.

Shipping & Returns:

For team orders, shipping is facilitated via UK Mail on a next working day delivery service post-completion, incurring a charge of £8.95 + VAT per parcel. Customers are required to report shortages or discrepancies within 10 working days of order receipt to qualify for return or refund eligibility. Specific conditions for returns can be discussed with a PN staff member via email (info@powernationcheer.com) or phone (01788 570 839, Option 2). Returned items must be sent back within 10 days of PN staff approval to remain eligible for a refund or replacement and must be in the same condition as during shipment.

Upon receipt of returns, a comprehensive quality check will be conducted, and subsequent steps will be communicated by PN staff.
