Returning your items

After completing the refunds and exchanges request form, you will need to package up your item and send it to the address below. 

Upon request of either a refund, or an exchange, you will receive an email. This will also contain the returns address, as well as contain an attached PDF. Please print off this PDF and enclose within the package containing your items. Without this slip we are unable to process your return.

Please note; no refund will be given until the item is received with the returns slip. In terms of exchanges, the replacement item will not be shipped until the original item is returned, with the returns slip.
