The deadlines listed above guarantee delivery on or before December 22nd. These deadlines cannot guarantee delivery for your final sessions in the gym before Christmas, as these differ for everyone. If you require your order earlier than the 22nd you must order prior to the listed deadlines. Please also take note of our extended Christmas deadlines.
Your order must be placed and paid for by the given deadlines to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery. We recommend getting your order form to us a week prior to allow plenty of time to receive your invoice and make payment. After you have made payment you will not be able to add additional items to your order. Any additional items will have to be placed as a new order, and will therefore have a different delivery date.
Orders will always be processed based on the date of payment. Our premium 48-hour and 5 working day turn around options on in-house items (screen-print, vinyl, and embroidery items) will not be available from October-December due to the volume of orders we receive during this period. We apologise for any inconvenience that this causes but hope that the deadline dates allow you to plan ahead to receive your order on time.
Shipping
Whilst these deadlines account for shipping time, we cannot be held accountable for extended shipping delays resulting from disruption with shipping services, COVID lockdown restrictions in other countries through which your goods may be passing, and other international crises beyond anyone’s control.
