Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

Our returns and refunds policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Returned in their original packaging
  • Submitted for inspection and approved under our returns criteria

All returned items are subject to a quality inspection before a refund or exchange is approved. If there are any concerns regarding your return, a member of our team will contact you to discuss the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised items featuring custom text or modifications
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products or services

If the above form is not completed prior to us receiving the return, it will not be processed.

Please also do not return products directly to the manufacturer, as they will be unable to assist with your request.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, only a partial refund may be granted, including:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery where a return has been pre-approved by a Power Nation Cheer team member.

Refunds & Exchanges

UK customers can return items using the pre-paid Royal Mail returns label included with their order.

Customers located outside the UK are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their return shipping. Note that any duties and taxes paid cannot be refunded by us, you will need to contact the company who collected these fees directly.

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Exchanges are typically processed within 1-2 working days of receipt.
  • Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receipt of the return.
  • Refunds may take an additional up to 3 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • For customers based outside of the UK, any duties and taxes payable cannot be refunded, you must contact the company who you paid these fees to so that any refund can be arranged.

Please note:

  • A standard £3.50 administration fee applies to all returns.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as refunds can take time to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as additional processing times may apply.

If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@powernationcheer.co.uk.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We will replace items that are defective, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, provided that we are notified within our 3-month warranty period. Please contact us with your order details and any images/information that can support your claim.

Our team will advise you on the return process and provide instructions for obtaining a replacement.

Please note:

  • Replacements can only be issued on a like-for-like basis matching the original order.
  • Refunds are not available for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
  • All faulty or incorrect item claims are investigated before a replacement is approved.
  • If further information is required during the investigation, a member of our team will contact you with the next steps.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please use the pre-paid return label included with your order.

If you are located outside the UK, please return the item to the address below at your own expense. We recommend retaining your proof of postage until your return has been received and processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Where a refund is approved:

  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • The standard £3.50 administration fee will also be deducted.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

For high-value returns or returns containing multiple items, we recommend using a tracked postal service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are unable to process refunds or exchanges until the returned goods have been received.
